About us

Michael is a born litigator.

As a solicitor, he worked in small to large firms where he acquired extensive experience representing clients in all manner of disputes and in all courts.

When he became a barrister, he regularly appeared for clients in civil and criminal cases in the Supreme Court, Federal Court and District Court, notably for South Sydney Rabbitohs in their battle to be readmitted to the NRL Competition after being excluded from it in 1999.

Whatever kind of dispute you find yourself in, whether you want to sue someone, defend a civil claim or defend a criminal charge, by engaging Michael, you obtain access to his experience and his total commitment to your matter.

Michael also happens to be a whizz at drafting wills, advising on estate matters, family law and advising on commercial matters.

Natasha loves her niche field of planning and environment law.

She specialises in all aspects of planning law and environmental and regulatory law, having acquired her in-depth knowledge while working for top-tier and major law firms in Sydney over 20 years.

Natasha has represented clients in Land and Environment Court appeals, judicial review proceedings and compulsory acquisitions and has provided biodiversity, heritage and regulatory advice such as responding to clean-up and prevention notices. If you have a development application that has languished with a council and things seems to be at a standstill, Natasha is the person you should call.

While these areas are her speciality, Natasha's experience runs deep, she also has a background in commercial and insurance disputes and is a highly skilled litigator.

Natasha happily gave up her Sydney life to enjoy all that the Coffs Coast has to offer and she is here to stay.
